They are marked to show how deep to set them into the ground to hold the proper 12 inch vertical clearance when firmly fixed. The 2 wooden stakes used in the nine wicket game to establish the finish and turning points have a detachable black spire to hold the four color coded marker clips used to document the progress of the game. The rubber headed hammer is supplied to fix the pegs, stakes, flags and wickets into the ground since the mallets should never be used for this purpose. The set comes with the official USCA rules for both a 6 and 9 wicket game. The tough corded nylon soft case has a place for everything and everything is held in place by special straps and compartments. Has both handles and a shoulder strap for carrying. Hand made in India.
